My Grandma Bette was so sweet to host a baby shower for Jack and I on the farm this week.
He got to meet some more of his family, including his Aunt Alisa,
who we loved having around this last week.

Aunt Karen helped (second cousins) Evan and Anabel hold Jack. They were both so sweet with him--patting his head, rocking him in his car seat, etc.

Aren't families wonderful! Such a gift from God to have so many people to love one little person! Wish I could have seen Alisa's face and hear her "squeal" of delight, as she came down the escalator at the airport to see Jack and the rest of you waiting as her surprise. I see she had to sit down in the nearest possible chair to get her hands on him right away.
